Mitchell Jerko

Mitchell Jerko is an American tenor and pianist, enjoying a career as a teacher and performer. His repertoire includes opera, art song and musical theatre. Mitchell recently presented a recital of American and German art song, and some of that repertoire is featured the Serenade album. Mitchell's most-recent opera credits include Tamino (Die Zauberflöte), Nika Magadoff (The Consul) and Speed Dater (Speed Dating Tonight). Mitchell received his Bachelor of Music degree in Piano and Voice from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and his Master of Music degree in Vocal Performance from Kansas State University.
